5. Panel Surveys & Research Projects
5.1 Panel Registration
When registering for a research panel, we collect:

Identity: Name, email, and location.

Profile: Game titles played and platform usage.

Integrity: Multiple entries or automation will result in disqualification. In disputes, the “authorized account holder” of the email is considered the participant.

Storage: Data is stored on secure EU servers (Frankfurt) and deleted upon withdrawal.

5.2 Research Projects (Client-Commissioned)
Blicx Ltd conducts user research on behalf of clients. We are committed to participant anonymity.

Data Types: Interaction logs (clicks, session duration), survey responses, observational data (usability feedback), and demographic groups.

Anonymization: We do not retain or share personally identifying information (PII) like full names, faces, or voices with clients.

Aggregation: Clients receive only summary-level insights and statistics. No raw, individual-level data is disclosed.

Retention: Temporary files containing identifiers are securely deleted after aggregation. Aggregated data may be kept for internal benchmarking.
